I have no idea if ts is accurate, cuz my cronometer app is broken and Id rather jst believe its true cuz im broke and cant afford to add anything else

The potassium to sodium ratio is a lil too high id aim for a 4:1, if you have money you can add whatever food you like to balance out the ratios while getting more calories which is good for puberty, but if you broke like me jst eat salt straight from the bottle

Takes too much time tbh I work 13 hours a day, come home workout, learn to code, looksmax and still somehow find a way to get 8 hours of sleep id rather jst throw food in my mouth and call it a day

A lot of milk and sugar works wonders when broke
Maybe some beef liver for nutrients a few times a week
