This is basically the Pneumo guide. I just wanted to post this because I see a lot of guys wasting hundreds of dollars on weak OTC strips that do nothing, or getting ripped off by overpriced dental appointments. If you actually want a 5+ shade jump fast, you can replicate a professional, in-office chemical bleach right at home for cheap using things sourced entirely from AliExpress. I've only done it twice so far and my teeth are already about 4–5 shades whiter.
Lay flat on your bed and position your 3-sided mirror so you have a clear, stable view of your mouth. Dry your teeth and gumline completely. Carefully apply the liquid gingival barrier along the edge of your gums where they meet the teeth. Cure it with your UV light until it hardens completely. Do not skip this or you will burn your gums off.
Apply the hydrogen peroxide gel directly to the front faces of your teeth. Keep it strictly on the enamel—do not let it touch unprotected gum tissue.
Let the gel sit on your teeth for 45 minutes. Keep your mouth steady so the gel doesn't migrate. If you feel extreme burning on your gums, remove it or your teeth might get cooked.
Once the time is up, wipe the gel off your teeth as fast as possible to stop the reaction. Immediately rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, swirl it around, spit it out, and brush your teeth.
Here is a video demonstrating the process for anyone who is dumb

The Routine
Setup & Isolation
Time: 5–10 minLay flat on your bed and position your 3-sided mirror so you have a clear, stable view of your mouth. Dry your teeth and gumline completely. Carefully apply the liquid gingival barrier along the edge of your gums where they meet the teeth. Cure it with your UV light until it hardens completely. Do not skip this or you will burn your gums off.
Apply the Peroxide
Time: 2 minApply the hydrogen peroxide gel directly to the front faces of your teeth. Keep it strictly on the enamel—do not let it touch unprotected gum tissue.
The Incubation Window

Rapid Evacuation & Rinse

Frequency & Remineralization
CRITICAL: I don't recommend doing this every day or you will fry your enamel and get severe translucency.
- The 2-Day Rule: Let your teeth "marinate" and recover for at least 2 days between sessions. This allows the enamel to rest and prevents permanent structural destruction.
- The Cycle: Repeat this process for a total of 3 rounds. You should see a massive jump (atleast 4-5 grades whiter) by the second or third round.
High-strength peroxide carries a high risk of chemical burns (tissue necrosis) and pulpitis (nerve inflammation) if leaked. Proceed at your own risk.
