Does anyone have experience with masseter training (chewing hard gum) and having inward gonions? In past threads, it has been said that you shouldn't bother with it if your gonions are inwards as it will result in your face being rounder, anyone personally tried it while having inward gonions? how did it go? Furthermore, i bet there are a lot of guys on here that have inward gonions so what training can we do for the masseter/etc? Jawliner product, towel biting on the incisors, anything worth a try? Also, it might still be worth doing while having inward gonions if your length from left to right on lower 3rd of your face is narrow (i forgot the correct term), and i say this because if you have an oblong face shape, getting some roundness will do you some good. I do think however it's necessary to first get lean so you can accurately track progress and stop in time if it's turning out bad due to inward gonions because it might not be reversible if you are getting a negative change out of it.
