The Mckenzie chin tuck that Mike Mew promotes can lead to the hyperflexion of the neck because it rotates the head. Over time this can deform the spine, damage the spinal cord, damage the discs, damage the occipital and related cranio-cervical muscles leading to occipital neuralagia and cranio-cervical instability. This is especially dangerous for those holding a chin tuck position for extended periods of time
