is chin tuck actually cope? i wanna know since i am gonna try to chin tuck as much as possible. but some people say it makes your chin more recessed.

yeah good q im not sure if it actually helps posture because i havent tried it long enough but im 100% sure neck posture affects your profile like crazy. just not sure if chin tucks are the best way to fix.

but lets say if it were to work, will it make the face shorter or longer? because my face is already squarish i dont want to get more ccw rotation and become a sfcel

id assume it just gives u proper posture, so if your sfs is because of posture it should still help.

altho in my case its the opposite, gives me ccw rotation.

how can you get sfs from bad posture tho? i thought forward head posture leads to long face

apparently it helps to improve posture, eyes and maxilla but i have never tried it i am going to give it a try

chin tuck is suifuel for me since i have high bf%+recessed chin makes me look horrible with a triple chin without a good chin
