How long until chin tucks show visible results and what bones can they effect

Chin tucks just improve ur posture.

Mewing copers use chin tucks while mewing for more force on the palate since u push the palate up with your tongue and ur palate down on your tongue with the chin tuck aka hard mewing

I ain’t saying mewing doesn’t work it just might work (i think it depends very largely on individual bones plasticity and suture anatomy

I heard chin tucks bring the hyoid to a higher resting point and idk if this is bs but I heard they can improve maxilla projection

Technically if you also do neck curls and weighted chin tucks u make ur muscles in the hyoid stronger making mewing more efficient but the hyoid will only remain high while u mew.

It’s like stretching. If you stretch u might get into deeper positions but that’s position is not permanent u wont be doing a split 24/7. But then while you mew it will get higher
