Prayers in islam are only considered valid when recited in Arabic. The same goes for the Quran. The Quran is ONLY considered valid in Arabic as it’s considered the preserved word of God. Any translation of Quran is literally not acceptable, hence why islamists recite their “surahs” (Arabic word) in Arabic.
