Swimmer with INSANE clavicle width
Some of them use are doing thing called site injection directly into clavicle region.
Not PEDs. Growth factor, peptides, experimental stuffy injected local to stimulate bone growth before clavicle fuse (25-30).
Wjat they use
IGF-1
Sinumlate osteoblast activity. Inject near AC point usually or along clavicle shaft. Use microdose 20-40mcg per site, feww times a week. Stack with mechanical loading (swimming, overhead press, weighted hangs.)

How to use
1. Reconstitute peptides with bacteriostatic water
2. Insulin syringe, 29-31 gauge
3. Inject into periosteum or just above—aim for bone contact then pull back slightly
4. Rotate injection sites along clavicle
5. Stack with heavy mechanical loading within 24-48 hours (theory is loading drives the growth factors into the bone)
6. Run cycles 4-8 weeks, then off
Risks
1. Infection from non-sterile technique
2. Calcification at injection site
3. Asymmetry if one side responds differently
4. Systemic sides if dose is too high
5. Unknown long-term effects—this is gray market stuff
Results
Forum logs are mixed. Some guys claim 0.5-1cm total clavicle length increase after multiple cycles. Others report nothing. X-rays or before/after measurements are rare.
Bottom line
This is experimental. If you're gonna try it, start low, measure everything, and have a real reason beyond "I want wider shoulders." Swimming athletes have mechanical loading built into their training which is probably why this exists in that community.
