Swimmer with INSANE clavicle width
Some of them use are doing thing called site injection directly into clavicle region.
Not PEDs. Growth factor, peptides, experimental stuffy injected local to stimulate bone growth before clavicle fuse (25-30).

Wjat they use

IGF-1
Sinumlate osteoblast activity. Inject near AC point usually or along clavicle shaft. Use microdose 20-40mcg per site, feww times a week. Stack with mechanical loading (swimming, overhead press, weighted hangs
.)
DO NOT ABUSE
Risk:
Systemic absorption
Blood sugar issues
Acromegaly(if u abused)

BPC-157
Healing peptides. Some guys use it pre injection to prep tissue or only to stack with IGF-1. The theory it's improve local healing environment so da growth factor work better.

TB-500
Simmilar to BPC. Increase cell migration and healing. I think can used with IGF-1 for synergistic effect.

HGH site injection
Debated wherever local effect exist. Some claim injection near clavicle works?, other says HGH injections need to be systemic, High risk, expensive and if you not ready to running it systemic maybe it's not worth it.

How to use
1. Reconstitute peptides with bacteriostatic water
2. Insulin syringe, 29-31 gauge
3. Inject into periosteum or just above—aim for bone contact then pull back slightly
4. Rotate injection sites along clavicle
5. Stack with heavy mechanical loading within 24-48 hours (theory is loading drives the growth factors into the bone)
6. Run cycles 4-8 weeks, then off

Risks

1. Infection from non-sterile technique
2. Calcification at injection site
3. Asymmetry if one side responds differently
4. Systemic sides if dose is too high
5. Unknown long-term effects—this is gray market stuff

Results

Forum logs are mixed. Some guys claim 0.5-1cm total clavicle length increase after multiple cycles. Others report nothing. X-rays or before/after measurements are rare.

Bottom line

This is experimental. If you're gonna try it, start low, measure everything, and have a real reason beyond "I want wider shoulders." Swimming athletes have mechanical loading built into their training which is probably why this exists in that community.

If anyone has actual logs with measurements, drop them. Pls saar I need it bhai

versus reality: swimmers have long clavicles because u cant be a competitive swimmer without them

exactly it’s not the swimming that makes u wide it’s the wide that makes u swim if that makes sense

most low iq post ever gtfo the forum iqlet. yes lets inject igf1 and hgh into our clavicles to grow them jfllllll 😭😭😭😭

Read the research journal
nigger all the research is generalized and the effects from those peptides are so low that it wouldn’t make any meaningful difference. ghs don’t do anything and the only peps that might help you are bpc/tb/ghk

Mans said nigger all the research 😂
But nah you're right. I went down the rabbit hole and it's mostly rodent studies and cope logs. IGF site injections barely do anything. BPC/TB/GHK have some utility for soft tissue but they're not making your clavicles longer. The real clavicle maxxing is: be under 25 and swim 10k yards a week, or get surgery, or just build delts so big nobody can tell. Respect for calling it out.

yeah tbh just build delts, do reeves shrugs, do whatever workouts you can to stretch out that area and build it and pray to gandy that you’ll get wider
