If my clavicles grow 1cm does that mean my bidelt go up 1cm? Or 1-3cm its way too small to make a change in wideness

With just GH? would taking L-arginine or L-citrulline boost GH enough to make any difference? Not tryna take anything that affects me with a variety of side effects.
