I'm getting a more extreme version of this done soon. In my case the risk is worth because I have severe acne scars. I'm 26 and look older than I am due to having to hide collagen with a facial hair. I'm hoping that as a side benefit it helps my skin look a bit younger. I don't have any 'true wrinkles' , but I have a lot of destroyed collagen from scars + weak under eye support / dark circles that age me. I am already getting a few greys in my beard.
