Cocktail with milk + raw eggs.

Time taken: [07:00]
Quantity: 300 ml milk + 4 raw eggs + 2 bananas.

edit: milk, now, is not pasteurized. I buying raw milk and little boil (I do not let it boil like water under 100)

Daily questions:
  1. Do I feel more alert/clear-headed or sleepy/foggy?
    answer: Nothing. Normal. As usual. neither sleepy nor foggy.
  2. Any stomach discomfort, bloating, nausea?
    answer: No.
  3. How fast did it digest? (Fullness, hunger return time)
    answer: 3-4 hours.
  4. Did my mood shift? (Apathy, drive, anxiety?)
    answer: No.
  5. Physical strength or workout quality today (Better / Worse / Same)
    answer: better pump, but no influence on endurance.

    answer: 3 hours.

    answer: no workout will be today.
