Time taken: [approximately 8:00]
Quantity: 300 ml milk(raw) + 4 raw eggs + 2 bananas.

Tip One: If you boil milk, either utilize it completely or boil a small amount. High-quality milk, after boiling down, will be converted into khoa (or mawa) — a dense, milk-solid base used in many traditional sweets.

Day 11 – [08.08.2025]
Time taken: [right after workout]
Quantity: 500 ml milk(boiled) + 5 raw eggs + 2 bananas.

Tip One: If you boil milk, either utilize it completely or boil a small amount. High-quality milk, after boiling down, will be converted into khoa (or mawa) — a dense, milk-solid base used in many traditional sweets.

Tip Two: This tip will be based on what time is better to drink.
Basically, you have only 2 windows which are by far the most effective periods to eat something.

The first is in the morning, right after you wake up. Cortisol is naturally high at this time — it’s part of your circadian rhythm. Think of it as your “get up and go” hormone. It mobilizes stored energy so you can start moving, but it also puts your body in a slightly "catabolic state"— breaking things down.

Cortisol which spiked during training to keep you going, drops fast after you stop. That drop signals your body that it’s time to start rebuilding. This is where our eggs and milk combo come to the scene. Milk gives you lactose(it further broken down into glucose) — quick fuel for glycogen replenishment. Eggs give you complete protein with a rich amino acid profile - just enough to keep amino acids in your blood for hours, supporting ongoing repair. I also have read that after workout some transporters are being opened and it makes your muscles turn into nutrient sponges.

To conclude, best periods are just either right after wake up (after 30-40 minutes. You wake and walk little bit) or workout (BEST).

but 4 eggs are nothing. 5 eggs are better(the more, the better for you). But, keep in mind that I am talking about RAW eggs, so you need to ensure that you are buying them from relative, not from local idiot. Otherwise, say hello to gut disaster.

@juzkj - you asked me to keep you posted about it

Jusr cook the fucking eggs, easier to get the protein no sammonella risk and just not disgusting

Day 12 – [09.08.2025]
Time taken: [right after wake up]
Quantity: 300 ml milk(boiled) + 2 raw eggs + 2 bananas.

Nothing extraordinary

The point of this experiment is to find out whether milk + raw eggs will produce some side effects.

Recipe for cocktail which I am going to drink every day:
1. 300 ml of milk.
2. 2 bananas (to kill the taste of eggs + fast carbs.)
3. 4 raw eggs.
(thanks to https://looksmax.org/members/asdvek.62573/ - he reminded me. cacao will no be used)

By saying raw I mean completely raw, NO PASTEURIZATION, NO BOILING OR ANY OTHER STUFF. Pure eggs from chickens. Those eggs are from verified seller (my relative - has farm). Those eggs are not from market or store.

Milk, on the other hand, will be chosen pasteurized one (albeit I have an access to raw milk, I am little bit afraid of this mix, thus firstly I will check only raw milk, then, maybe in the future I will consider raw milk too).

Bananas will be from store.

As you have notice, I did not say that anything raw is detrimental/beneficial for you. I am neutral right now.

I will take this cocktail for 30 days as my breakfast. Why?
1. First of all, I want to replace it with actual breakfast. Regardless of what I eat, I feel like shit after meal during mornings. Keeping in mind that I am doing highly intelligence-demanding work, I cannot concentrate, feel lousy and sleepy.
2. Time considerations.

---
Some constant that will not change during next 30 days:
1. Working on standing desk.
2. 2-3 meals per day.
3. 3-4 workouts (or maybe more or less) - simply, physically active.
4. walking for 20k + steps daily. (I do not use phone, but 2+ hours of walking, I guess, gives 20k+)
Maybe it is offtopic, nevertheless, I think it should be stated.
1. No social media at all - no insta, not tiktok, no facebook and any other similar shit.
2. No jerking offs. No pornography.
3. No TV.

---
Daily questions:
  1. Do I feel more alert/clear-headed or sleepy/foggy?
  2. Any stomach discomfort, bloating, nausea?
  3. How fast did it digest? (Fullness, hunger return time)
  4. How’s my motivation/focus to start work?
  5. Did my mood shift? (Apathy, drive, anxiety?)

IF you think I should state something extra, say it in comments.
Prb a supplement

the cocktail itself is not disgusting AT ALL. You forgot that I am deliberately adding 2 bananas to make it tasty. Besides experiment, I have tried without bananas - it is still drinkable and you will not vomit.

I also consider adding honey it )

appreciate it. Overall, I want to contribute to this forum as much as I can and also do it as high-quality as possible. Probably, right now this experiment is not interesting to 99% of people here, but in the future, I am 100% sure that my effort will be citated

Day 13 – [10.08.2025]
Time taken: [right before going to bed (1h)]
Quantity: 500 ml milk(boiled) + 4 raw eggs + 2 bananas.

At this point, I think, some facts must be revealed.

The muscle fullness is kinda in different level. It is not something you feel during workout. Your muscles are not pumped, but you are full of veins and your muscles look like you have done 2-3 sets.

Secondly, it is extremely light meal. You just need to drink it and walk around for 5-10 minutes and boom. No lousiness. No sleepiness. Your mind is sharp and you can proceed without thinking about taking some rest after meal. If you are short on time, you can drink it during breakfasts - we all know that breakfast must be light in order to not hinder you.

Besides this, it can be used for post-meal workout - and it is just amazing. You basically get (500ml of milk -> 16 gr of protein, and 5 eggs -> approx 15 protein. sum up: 31 gr of protein - this is a LOT. ) how much it will cost you? I am 100% sure that it will be less than 3 euros. Nowadays, idiots pay more than that for smoking and alcohol. Why 15, not approximately 27.5? Because I found that you digest only 50% of protein from raw eggs. But I am really unsure about it.

Moreover, the aminoacid profile of this mixture is also ridiculous - you get whatever your body needs.

Mixture will keep you full at least for 3-4 hours.

Day 14 – [11.08.2025]
Time taken: [right after workout - post-workout meal]
Quantity: 300 ml milk(boiled) + 4 raw eggs

I mixed it with cacao powder, for I did not have bananas. I become even more convinced that you either drink (milk+egg) or (milk+egg+bananas). Other combinations, as far as I experimented, are literally dogshit. Mixing it with cacao powder is the most dogshit thing I have ever tried.

During summer times, mixing cold milk with bananas >>>

Day 15 – [12.08.2025]. Gastrocolic Reflex.

Time taken: [right after waking up]
Quantity: 600 ml milk(boiled) + 4 raw eggs + 2 bananas

I have noticed that after drinking it, I immedietely go to the toilet - it’s not painful, nor it is diarrhea nor any other thing. You just to the toilet and thats all.

after researching little bit, I came to the conclusion that it is actually called gastrocolic reflex. When you drink milk, the stomach expands and its nutrient sensors detect the incoming mix of nutrients. this sends a signal through the vagus nerve to your colon telling it to clear space(remove shit). The colon responds by contracting, moving what’s already inside closer to the exit(at this stage, you shit). This reaction, called the gastrocolic reflex, can happen within minutes, which is why you feel the urge so quickly.

Since it’s painless, not diarrhea, and predictable, I am not ultra concerned about it.
