Pro tip btw gets a centrifuge for like 40 dollars and combine microneedling with your blood ( prf is its name). Its effective and cost effective as well.

I looked it up but i dont have a job yet so 40 dollars is alot for me at the moment

75–90 mg, with a strict upper limit of 2,000 mg per day to avoid side effects like diarrhea
