I don't buy that they work much myself unless your diet isn't good. The stomach breaks all that stuff down before it can be used.

Collagen isn’t a complete protein. You’d reap the same benefits in terms of skin and hair by taking something like Whey or Casein. You’d additionally benefit in terms of muscle and other bodily processes that require protein with a complete BCAA profile.

Read ingredients of gelatin. Basically the same thing for much cheaper price. I've tried both and havent noticed any results. So ill just stick to cheaper version. I use it instead of whey cuz im lactose intolerant.
