Does anyone here take collagen on a regular? Shots, powder etc don't matter. Have you seen good results from it or is it bs?

i’m pretty sure bone broth literally only boosts collagen because it has collagen in it, it’s the same thing

Think so, especially for my eyelashes, they've gotten longer. But I also take biotin and vitamin c supps, so it's hard to tell which one's responsible
