Introduction

Taking care of your skin is more important now than ever before. In today's image-focused world, having clear, glowing skin can make a huge difference in how you look and feel. This skin care guide will provide you with the knowledge and tools to care for your unique skin type.In addition, those that take good care of their skin have surprisingly high appeal to foids. Having glass skin can be the difference between what makes you a 6/10 and a 7/10.This guide will aim to:
  • Make you look more youthful and vibrant
  • Give you a healthy, radiant glow
  • Prevent acne breakouts
  • Reduce signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles
  • Keep skin hydrated and smooth
  • Protect against sun damage and skin cancer

Lifestyle / Habits

Lifestyle Factors for Healthy SkinCaring for your skin goes beyond just a skin care routine. Your lifestyle choices play a big role in skin health too. This means this guide is obsolete for you if you live like a raccoon and McDonaldsmaxx every day. Here are some lifestyle factors to keep in mind:
  • Diet - Eating a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and protein provides nutrients that benefit your skin. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Stay away from too much sodium or sugar.
  • Sleep - Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Lack of sleep can lead to dark circles, fine lines and dull skin.
  • Stress management - Chronic stress takes a toll on your skin. Make sure to monkmaxx once in a while.
  • Smoking - Smoking restricts blood vessels and depletes nutrients and oxygen from reaching the skin. This accelerates aging of the skin.
  • Sun protection - Exposure to UV radiation from the sun causes premature aging and skin cancer. Wear sunscreen daily and limit direct sunlight.

Why foids are biologically attracted to those with good skin

  • Clear and healthy-looking skin is frequently ranked as one of the most desirable and attractive facial features. This preference has roots in evolutionary psychology.
    • On a primal level, clear skin in men signals strength, vitality, and genetic fitness. Skin problems like severe acne, rashes, and lesions can indicate poor health. Ancestrally, women gravitated toward mates displaying visible cues of health and virility to pass on the best genes.
  • Clear skin also indicates youth and care. Women often associate flawed skin in older men with poor self-care or living unhealthy lifestyles. A man's clear, vibrant skin demonstrates he invests time and effort into caring for himself.
  • Psychologically, a man's clear complexion conveys confidence, conscientiousness and someone who pays attention to details. Women perceive men with clear skin as more put together and self-assured.
  • In today's society, men's skin care has also taken on a larger social role. The popularity of male celebrities and influencers flaunting their clear "glowy" skin has created new modern beauty ideals that women desire. • This is ESPECIALLY prominent in East Asian pop culture and Tiktok famous "models".

Skin Types (IMPORTANT)

Everyone has different skin, and so the first step in any skin care routine is figuring out your unique skin type. There are five main skin types: normal, oily, dry, combination and sensitive. Knowing your skin type will help guide what products and ingredients will work best for you.
  • Assess oiliness and dryness. Wash your face and wait an hour without applying any products. If your skin looks visibly oily, you likely have oily skin. If your skin feels tight or flaky, you likely have dry skin.
  • Look at your pores. Those with oily skin often have large, visible pores. People with dry skin have pores that are barely noticeable. Normal skin has pores that aren't too big or too small.
  • Consider how reactive your skin is. Sensitive skin often feels tight, irritated or itchy frequently. It may react strongly to products that are fine for other skin types.
  • Note any issues like acne, redness or ruddiness. Combination skin will be oily in some areas like the T-zone but dry on other parts of the face.
  • Take note of how your skin looks and feels throughout the day. Normal skin should look balanced without excess oil or dryness.

HOW GENETICALLY LUCKY ARE YOU? (BEST TO WORST)

Normal Skin - Normal skin tends to require less specialized care and maintenance. It is usually balanced and clear as long as a basic daily skin care regimen is followed. Combination Skin - Combination skin requires paying attention to the differences in moisture needs between the oily and dry parts of the face. It can take some trial and error to find the right balance of products. Dry Skin - Dry skin needs consistent hydration and moisturization to prevent flaking and irritation. Thicker creams and serums work best for restoring moisture. Oily Skin - Managing oily skin can involve diligent cleansing, exfoliating, toning and potentially products to control excess oil and sebum production throughout the day. Sensitive Skin - Sensitive skin can be the most high maintenance skin type. It requires using only gentle ingredients and products. Harsh ingredients, fragrances and chemicals must be avoided at all costs. Trial and error is often needed to find products that don't cause redness or reactions.
  • Many people with this skin type end up spending north of $500 on skincare trying to find what works for them, so if you're broke, consider it joever

Treating Acne

Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when pores become clogged with oil and dead skin cells, leading to whiteheads, blackheads, pimples or cysts. You can see the different types of acne here:
NOTA BENE: DO NOT ABUSE SKIN CARE, TOO MANY PRODUCTS OFTEN LEAD TO BREAKOUTS

Frauding (Eye Area)

Want to hide the fact that you have a shit eye area? If you're not too far gone, you can be saved.WARNING: INVOLVES WHAT MANY CONSIDER "GAY" (as if looksmaxxers didn't already look down on skincare jfl)Use a color corrector before concealer to neutralize discoloration. Green corrector counteracts redness and purple tones. Peach corrector cancels out blue undertones.Apply thin layers and blend well. Too much concealer can settle into fine lines. Use a damp beauty sponge or brush to press product in.Choose a concealer one to two shades lighter than your skin tone to brighten up the undereye area. Avoid anything too thick or dry, which emphasizes creases.
  • Hydrating concealers with ingredients like vitamin E, hyaluronic acid and ceramides work best for the delicate undereye area.
Set concealer with a light dusting of powder to prevent creasing.
Avoid rubbing the area which can pull on the thin skin.
Finish with an undereye cream containing brightening ingredients like vitamin C, caffeine or retinol to treat the root causes of dark circles over time.

Alldaychemist is an indian e-pharmacy. If they ship to US they might be able to ship to UK. Either way, find a way to get tret. Tret is so good it can even give you a "gay" glow. Essentially retinol but way more effective to a point where even shit like adapalene is cope.

i personally got .05 because it’s in the midpoint of the concentrations but it still a pretty strong starting point so i’m gonna taper into it like first week only once next week maybe twice then so and if my skin has very bad reactions i will just stop and have to buy .025 but i’m gonna try my best for this not to happen it’s up to u tho

Lower % = slower results but low chance of sides (like really bad purging)

Bro just spread cum all over your face

Interesting but lemme tell you my method, I take a cold shower and then scrub my face with my bare hands and a rag, while the cold water goes over my face. That’s it I do nothing else.
