at this point, i may do it just for phsycial health reasons

good sleep quality, better breathing, that alone will make you look healthier. im a little concerned about what it would do to my aesthetics though

but i think it may give better undereye support, ive seen that result in other patients.

so many of the times it causes asymmetrical expansion, im gonna have to really watch for that

anybody got it?

ill also have to ecxpand my lower jaw probably as well because of the offset of expanding my maxilla

Yes its what i meant both do. Be carefull if you don’t like the aesthetic of it.
In my case the sole reason to consider mse is because of a flaw that is not talked here : narrow nose. I breathe well and all but white people have wider noses. I like mine so idk.
Else i have also around 12 teeth showing so really no need for mse. Mouth is wide enough too. But rhino surgeons don’t know really how to widen nose so those procedures are the sole way
