It won't fuck up your dick, in fact most people who dickmaxxed (including me) experienced a better erection quality after using an extender.
I would recommend sticking with extenders (best ones being vacuum extenders like PeniMaster) and staying away from shit like JELQing or hanging. You can expect up to 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth based on various sources, might take around a year for you to reach these goals. Depends what you mean by manuals, if it's just stretching then yeah it's alright, although not really useful as extenders work well and are safe for first time users anyway.

My erections are fucked regardless. I think I told you about my sleep issues in pm but part of that is no night boners/morning wood which is terrible for eq.
