that if you had the iq to understand why some results look bad and what is the cause. Surgeons wont do the surgery where a big skeletal malocclusion is present and decomp is required without decomp. As i said, the point of the surgery in the first place is to set the jaws in proper position which braces cant do.

Ok please explain to all of us right now then, why many surgeons disagree on many different ways to prep for jaw surgery, and carrot out jaw surgery.

I guarantee you if this person when to 10 different surgeons. ALL of th would give slightly different plans, and some would be completely different plans.

theres not really much disagreement on prep. Some surgeons just might leave a little overbite or underbite if its like 1-2mm which is considered normal while others would tell to decomp. But if its something moderate to severe no adequate surgeon would do the surgery without decomp, that loses the whole point of jaw surgery, which is to correct skeletal malocclusion.
