Had a consultation with the orthodontist on monday about my "sleep apnea" aswell as my slight underbite. Notably he explained how my recessed maxilla is actually on of the reasons why my upper lip is thinner compared to my lower lip. He also noted that the reason why I sometimes end up mouthbreathing while sleeping on my back was most likely due to my tongue tie blocking proper sealing. After a long talk with him about it and decided to fix these issues in a plan spanning 2 years split into 2 stages.
Stage one (3-4 months)
BAME (Bone-Anchored-Maxillary-Expansion)
Since im in the later stages of Puberty my sutures for the most part are stiffening. Due to this orthodontist decided it was crucial I use BAME over a regular palate expander since it obviously wont do shit other than moving my teeth. Since BAME is directly screwed into the palatal bone its able to split open the sutures despite it being fused. Orthodontist said 5mm expansion but thats stingy as fuck so im probably gonna bargain 6-10mm more.
Stage two 4 months-2 years
Reverse-Pull-Headgear
Orthodontist was aware of my recessed maxilla so he decided to use Reverse-Pull-Headgear. This is actually perfect because since BAME (Bone-Anchored-Maxillary-Expansion) loosened the sutures it was now easier to induce forward growth. Thank God for BAME otherwise this shit would have been pure cope with my sutures already beginning to fuse at 15.
Braces
Now that im done with BAME my teeth is all fucked up so im gonna get braces to correct it and make it look good. Nothing else to say really.
Frenotomy (Tongue Tie Cutting)
After everything is finished with the braces being taken off the orthodontist plans on cutting off the tongue tie to create a better suction helping me maintain these results.

More than satisfied with the result of the consultation and its expected to begin sometime in october. I will give an update when the time comes let me know if you want to be tagged in it. At the end of it the final price came to just about 10k total which is doable. Might experiment with drugs during the plan with Gh Secretagogues. Yes im aware HGH superior but tbh the risks just arent worth it for me and with my goals right now id rather take a safer albeit inferior option. +added benefit of being cheaper aswell. Might also experiment with IGF1 Des in targeted locations depend on how @Stacyslayer777's experiment goes. Would love to hear your thoughts on this any advice accepted
