Literally fckin free calcium, first get the shells boil dry nd grind nd store
½ spoon is like 800 mg calcium nd free
Exceeding 2,000–2,500mg/day (about a full shell daily) = stone risk + artery calcification.

Mark as solution
its safe but its mostly calcium not zinc, mark as solution

and if they are grinded
Anyways, there's no zinc in the eggshell at all, eat cheese and walk under sun if you need it for bones
If there were useful digestible substances in eggs, wild animals would eat them, but no one eats calcium shells

Egg shells are really high in calcium. I sometimes get a bunch and blend them up and then it’s basically a powder so u can just put into anything for extra calcium.

Amazing, thank you! May I ask, what is stone risk + artery calcification?
