the hyoid bone can't be moved without surgery. chin tucks can help with defining the appearance of the area under the chin however.

Idk about chin tucks but its likely just a posture thing, mouth opening does work since I'm pretty sure I've seen others get results from it and theres that research article everyone always quotes.

sorry, my reply was lowk stupid. the position of the hyoid bone can be changed by training the suprahyoid muscle i believe. i meant the actual bone location itself can't be changed
