Could Roids make the occipital bone and the parietal bone rounder/add more bone mass to it to change the shape of them?

I have very slight brachycephaly and wanted to ask this since they can add mass to the face (zygos etc) and if it was the same for the cranium, however I can always hide it with hair styling but still
