5 grams of creatine a day, does this bloat? (I didnt do a loading phase)

I remember gaining like 4kg randomly when I started taking it so I stopped

I know that it’s filling your muscles with water but maybe this also can have an effect on your face. I don’t think that 5g have any impact
 
to track your weightloss/gain and alter your caloric intake respectively?
Well to assert you caloric intake I agree but there a people here you have some weight objectives and in the example of creatine, gaining 4kg might just be the effects of creatine and he souldn't have stopped only because of the difference in the scale.
with a 4kg difference he should what changed into a mirror and know from that if he should have kept going or not.
