As a white person, I really don't understand the "achkshually, jews have never built a civilization because they are unable to do physical labor and are only involved in high paying intellectual pursuits" critique. Is that supposed to be offensive to jews? WE COLLECTIVELY LOOK DOWN ON TRADESMEN AND MANUAL LABORERS AS A WHOLE. Because manual labor used to be the backbone of society and kind of still is. And tbf practicing banking and money laundering to steal from society doesn't earn much respect either. Apart from that there should have been more respect to the traders I guess.

Every aristocratic society has looked down on farmers cultivating plants btw. However manual things like training the body, hunting, mastering weaponry, seafaring, even breeding animals etc. were all commonly practiced and respected.

Obviously manual labor is the backbone of society BUT it is not respected by anyone! It is low paying, back-breaking, & fairly unspecialized and uneducated sector of the workforce. I live in Australia. Other men will absolutely shame you if you're not a good hard worker doing your part. That type of attitude is imperative to creating a strong army and was the reason why Rome humiliated Judea. Good societies will always shame leeches. Strong nobles who can put on a display of work to their men will always command far more respect than weak nobles who do nothing. Most of the time our nobles contributed through martial might while the peasants contributed through labour. One is easier but carries far more risk. A noble who does nothing stirs up resentment. Our priest class used to humble themselves with work.

If you're going to do nothing but leech, then you are going to incur resentment for not doing your part. Has nothing to do with pride about doing work, it's about your contribution. The Jews do nothing but scam, profiteer and leech and get hated for it. Nobles who similarly did nothing in some periods also got hated for it. Both will be criticised, called out and rebelled against. Men especially hate weak men who act like worms. It's an intuitive understanding that we know he is not contributing to the tribal dynamics.
