I was able to achieve ejaculate volume of 6.5 ml. Anything above 5.5 ml is considered clinical hyperspermia (cucked term soyciety invented to shame healthy high T men).
Why you should want it:
1. High semen volume is visually attractive to girls. It's biologically ingrained as a sign of fertility and male health, it's therefore been evolutionarily selected as attractive. Small ejaculations are inherently laughable to women.
2. Semen contais powerful mood altering substances. When ejaculated into a girl's vagina, they are absorbed by the vaginal wall and induce a pleasurable state of mind in the female. This effect was created by natural selection to ensure the woman provides ideal conditions for fertilization of the egg - doesn't go running around, but stays calm, submissive and seeks protection. The higher the semen volume the larger the effect.
What i did:
1. Semen retention. The most effective way to increase volume. Your capacity will take 1-2 weeks to fill up completely. If you don't ejaculate by then, the semen will freely flow out during a random erection to make room for new sperm.
2. Balls icing. The testicles operate more efficiently at a lower temperature. I applied ice to my balls for cca 15 minutes twice a day.
3. Drink water before bed. Around 250 ml is enough. Your semen production is most effective during sleep. By providing excess water you ensure there will be a surplus of liquids and semen production won't be restricted by dehydration (in which case your body would prioritise production of other bodily fluids).
4. Cold showers. Hot showers are unnatural and introduce unnecessary heat into the organism which is proven to kill sperm and impair production.
5. Testicular tanning. This is the only time when heating up the testicles is positive. The UV light absorbed by the skin has been shown to increase testosterone by as much as 100% (for a brief period), helping sperm production.
6. Don't shave. Most shaving products contain xenoestrogens, which get absorbed by your skin and disrupt you endocrine system, damaging your testicular function. If you have to shave, use lard and a ceramic blade.
7. Don't wear underwear. It's an unnecessary layer of clothing that retains heat and restricts free function of the cremaster muscle, which naturally adjusts your testicles based on temperature and optimises sperm production.
