I was able to achieve ejaculate volume of 6.5 ml. Anything above 5.5 ml is considered clinical hyperspermia (cucked term soyciety invented to shame healthy high T men).

Why you should want it:

1.
High semen volume is visually attractive to girls. It's biologically ingrained as a sign of fertility and male health, it's therefore been evolutionarily selected as attractive. Small ejaculations are inherently laughable to women.

5. Testicular tanning. This is the only time when heating up the testicles is positive. The UV light absorbed by the skin has been shown to increase testosterone by as much as 100% (for a brief period), helping sperm production.

6. Don't shave. Most shaving products contain xenoestrogens, which get absorbed by your skin and disrupt you endocrine system, damaging your testicular function. If you have to shave, use lard and a ceramic blade.

Isolated fish oil is garbage and unhealthy. You gotta get it from actual fish meat. Celery is probably ok, but kinda cucky. I try to not eat too much vegetables.

Isolated fish oil is a government supported industry pushed by propaganda, but with almost no actual benefits. The oil is oxidised in the industrial process (which makes it useless) and often even chemically altered. It's only healthy when sourced from raw fresh fish.

Vegetables are ok, but they'll cuck you if you overdo it (phytoestrogens).

That's interesting. I use a stainless steel safety razor and old taylor's shaving cream; do you think I should steer clear from those?

Also what do you think about supplements like zinc, l-arginine, lecithin etc.?

Metal razors aren't ideal, they release metal particles which get absorbed by the skin in a small amount, but nothing extreme. The shaving cream is more of a problem - commercial cosmetic products contain estrogenic chemicals, which you shouldn't put anywhere near your reproductive organs if you aren't trannymaxxing or something.

Suplements can take it extraphysiological levels, but they usually take their toll esewhere. Your body was designed to consume nutrients in conjuncture with other nutrients and substances, not alone in a concentrated form. It works very powerfully but it will likely mess up your digestive and endocrine system. I always focus on natural healthmaxxing, because it's the only true sustainable looksmaxx, which doesn't have horrible side effects down the line. It's how humans are designed to live. And looks are the reward for doing so.

I see. The problem is, my hair in general grows really quick, so I need to shave every day if I don't want to grow a thick stubble. I'll be looking into natural, organic shaving creams - although I think the one I'm currently using isn't among the worst in terms of chemicals.

I personally take a multivitamin, an omega-3 supplement and a biotin supplement daily - but only with food, and at half the recommended amount, so if the packaging says 2 pills daily I only take 1 (my diet is quite balanced and this is just a little extra to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need).
Do you think I should consider ditching all supplements?

A,D,E and K can be dangerous if low quality (all commercial vitamins) - they stay in your body, other vitamins are mostly harmless, but they only play a role in certain seasons and should be sourced naturally. Taking fruit and vegetable vitamins in winter is nonsense and unnatural. Think about what humans ate in winter in the old times - meat, cheese, maybe nuts, wheat or mushrooms - not citruses or carrots.

Omega-3 is 100% useless and likely dangerous since the fatty acid is oxidised in the industrial isolation process meaning it becomes a pollutant and has to be neutralised by the body. All fish oil supplements are essentialy spoiled. I really reccommend you stop taking it. The only way to get healthy unoxidised fish oil is from raw fish, like sushi, or smoked/dried fish, which used to be common but noone eats them now. Dried fish is awesome btw.

The biotin you're taking is unnecessary if you eat healthy amounts of red meat.

The thing normies don't get is although vitamins are just simple chemical substances, they work in complex structures with other chemicals in certain foods, which enable them to be digested and used effectively.

For best health try to get to a state where you don't have to take any supplements, but don't just ditch them, adjust your diet so you get enough of them naturally.

Best way to know this is intuition. If you lack a certain vitamin, your body will tell you. You'll suddenly want to eat a food that contains it. For example, when i tan a lot in the summer (really fucking lot), i get an appetite for carrots, to get the vitamin A needed to not get sunburned - and i NEVER get sunburned.

Healthy intuition is the greatest asset evolution gave us.

Sadly I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis, and I've found taking biotin helped tremendously with it (my dermatologist said it could help to supplement some biotin). I don't itch any more since I've started taking it, although I'm not 100% sure it was the biotin alone.

The only way to get healthy unoxidised fish oil is from raw fish, like sushi

Yea, that's something you probably can't avoid. But biotin is harmless anyways. It gets easily excreted in urine if unused/rejected by body.
