It depends how and where you are recessed.

Besides LeFort osteotomies, you might benefit from an anterior nasal spine (ANS) graft, a piriform graft, paranasal implants, submalar implants (more common with female patients), some type of orbital rim / infraorbital implants ; and an augmentation rhinoplasty with or without a radix graft might complete the job.
Look up what Asians do to correct their flat midface if you want numerous before/after's of the aforementioned procedures.

If you're only targeting the lower, subnasal maxilla, then a LeFort 1 will be your go-to procedure ; it is what people on this forum most commonly get.

Yeah lefort is gonna be the move it seems, my lower is brutal got a babyface at 17 and airways are not the best to thanks for the info
