morning:
- Multivitamin
- 10,000 IU D3 + 100mcg K2
- 500-1000mg of omega 3 (depending on whether there's a test or not)

- 30mg zinc at lunch (if it's a school day)

night:
- dropper of liquid melatonin
- 30mg of zinc if it isn't a school day

I also lift 4x a week on the 5/3/1 program with 1-2 assistance exercises each session, trapsmaxxing with shrugs on OHP day and shouldermaxxing with Kroc rows on bench day. The squat and deadlift days just help with life in general and standing up straight :lul:
 
why would u work ur traps do u want to have the appearance of slanted shoulders?
