morning:
- Multivitamin
- 10,000 IU D3 + 100mcg K2
- 500-1000mg of omega 3 (depending on whether there's a test or not)
- 30mg zinc at lunch (if it's a school day)
night:
- dropper of liquid melatonin
- 30mg of zinc if it isn't a school day
I also lift 4x a week on the 5/3/1 program with 1-2 assistance exercises each session, trapsmaxxing with shrugs on OHP day and shouldermaxxing with Kroc rows on bench day.
