General consensus is 18.5-25 BMI would be considered as normal range
The reality is, if you never do weight training or having some muscle mass, staying in that range you are mostly likely skinny fat and having a bloated face

too many normie bragging about their "normal range" weight like they are in the best shape, while having high bf%, JFL

Legit tbh.

If you're going below 15% body fat before you've put on any muscle, your bmi is going to be in the underweight range.

legit, skinnyfat bloated subhumans who have never done a minute of physical activity in their life have more "normal" BMI levels than me when I'm visibly much healthier

It's been known for a while the BMI is not accurate.
