Your body doesn't difference between sex and fap. When u fap Testo increases 300%, it goes normal after a few hours. But I'm pretty sure once you've finished the fap you start high intensity training you can keep those levels up. If u don't feel horny and u don't wanna masturbate you are low T

You won't ascend by doing this. Perhaps you can avoid to descend but you won't ascend.

His friend didn't broke his teeth because moderate chewing, he probably broke them cause he had bruxism or because he was chewing 24/7... 1 daily hour of chewing 5 days a week it's completely fine tbh

- Workout 3 times a week with intermittent fasting for lean toned physique
- Eyebrows and eyelashes every 3 weeks tinted (adding this when I return home to my routine)
- fashion maxx. I spent plenty of time and money on jewellery, clothes and styling
- skincare morning and night routine. Hair medication to prevent hair loss.

It’s actually easy to sustain once you’ve maxxed out.

Maxxing out took an year and included way more things.
