Bro ur good, at 15 i was fucking sub5 but keeping up gym helped to an extend keep it up will help!
But the end of the day its never enough even if were chad

Just do like 4 basic machines each muscle group push/pull/legs u will not see much for an year but then slowly u will see changes by alot i can send u how i used to look like in dms cause its a shame to be on here so u know its neber over

Bimax is negative roi for him genio/chin implant and rhino that's it. Also you will find a very hard time finding a surgeon that does bimax for you unless you have functional issues.

Y , you kinda need to learn how to do ur planning if you want to be sure to not be botched 100%. I had plans where my chin was obviously overadvanced, if i blindly trusted the surgeon i would have end up with a witch chin or something.
A good rule of thumb is a couple mm behind lower lip in frankfurt plane , however all depends on ur anatomy.
