Having trimax on Friday. Cost: €7k. I will post the surgeon's name after the surgery. Here is my surgical plan:

8 degrees CCW rotation via posterior downgraft, 7.6mm maxilla advancement, 12mm mandible advancement (probably ~18mm after genio). I have a silicone chin implant that is throwing off the projected soft tissue result. I'm also getting genio, but I think he's just going to improvise that, maybe because of the chin implant issue.

idk what you mean by this but I'm being serious. It's a whole profession, you can hire someone to monitor you whilst you're in the vulnerable state. I forgot the name for this profession but it's worth looking into if you are doing it in a country like turkey.

sure, which is why you should find a surgeon you trust, rather than a surgeon you don't trust and a friend to monitor you
