well here it is.

this implant frauds midface forward projection and maxilla

if you want to simulate the effect of this implant, pull the base of your nose forward or move the tongue behind the upper lip. it looks much better in most cases.

its also possible to incorporate it into a custom ct designed all-in-one malar implant:

here is a good example of a naturally forward grown pre-maxilliary region, see how his moustache area seems to project forward:

now a double jaw surgery is possible using just implants and no bone fracture

who is the surgoen who performs theese maxilla custom implants???
