Cw due to pressure on the soft palate, mewing

Guys, how can I reverse this? My nose has become a couple of millimeters longer in height, and my lips have drooped. I used to be much more compact. Am I correct in understanding that nothing has actually lengthened, but the base of my nose has simply sunk downward and back, and to reverse the changes, I just need to apply more pressure to the front palate? My sutures are still very mobile.

If anything, it seems to me that my midface ratio has decreased from 1 to 0.95. And in profile, my nose has become longer.

No, bro, I don't think so, I'm being completely serious. I've been doing hard mewing for 45 days, 16-18 hours a day, that's enough to make some difference. I just need to know if putting pressure on the front will help fix it, and that it's reversible.

Towel pulling is the best way for teenagers to get CCW rotation. I've never tried the F1 position.
