Should i get D3 + K2 or D3 ?
If D3 alone then 5 000 UI or 10 000 UI ?
If D3 + K2 then how much UI a day ?

If you are 14-16 you can go for 10000 IU, but I don't recommend this dosage for longer than a month. After one month, stick with 4000-5000 IU a day.
If you are older, then don't go higher than 5000 IU. Remember, that side effects of D3 overdosing are quite dangerous

The combo k2 + d3 moggs.
Assuming you intake enough calcium per day

whats the difference?
D3 = for absorbtion of calcium.
K2 = for transportation of the calcium to the right location (bones), so it doesn't get absobed in the artery for example or other non bone locations

what’s the difference between vit d3 and vit d?
And is it worth it to supplement them at 17?

Your life isn't gonna change either way so do what ya want

is k2+d3 cope or is it actually legit?

So. It's both nutrients that alot of people lack. Both are needed, for good absorption of calcium, which is important for bone health. So, sufficient calcium is also important, but mist people don't lack on calcium.

There are 5 forms of vitamine d. Vitamine D, is to aggregate label for all 5 types of vitamin D.

Yeah, if deficient.
Which plenty are.

Over for me then If I only consume 5k daily
Well depends on where you live and how much sun you get daily. If its winter and you get little sun, I'd go for 20 to 25k IU Vitamin D with enough Vitamin K2 and some Milk (Fat so your body can way more effectifely absorb Vitamin D)

1000iu of d3 definetely isn't enough. You need at least 2000iu in order not to be deficiant, although many specialists recommend to go higher than that, consider 3000-5000IU range. It also depends on the climate in your country and how much time you spend outside, since you also absorb vit D from direct sunlight exposure. Anyways 1000IU is way too low, even if it's usually sunny in your country

There are two main types of vit D - d2 and d3. They both do the same, although it's believed that d3 is better for fixing deficiency. Yes, it's worth supplementing if you are deficient. If you are still growing it will definetely be helpful, however if your growth plates are closed it won't trigger new growth, but will rather make your bones denser and healthier. It will also benefit your testosterone levels
