FIX YOUR POSTURE, more specifically APT (Anterior Pelvic Tilt)

You're missing out on an additional 0,5 - 3,5 cm in height (just from APT btw).


Thoracic Kyphosis: Rounded upper back, compressed ribcage.
Height loss 1-2.5 cm

Scapular Winging & Protraction
: Shoulder blades flare out, upper back rounds.
Height loss: 0.5-1.5 cm

Rib Flare
: Ribs protrude forward/upward, shorten torso.
Height loss: 0.5-1 cm

Elevated/Shrugged Shoulders: Chronic tension traps, compressed neck.
Height loss: 0.5-1 cm

Knee Hyperextension
: Knees locked back, misaligns whole kinetic chain.
Height loss: 0.3-0.8 cm

Knock-Knees
(Genu Valgum): Knees collapse inward, affects pelvis-spine alignment.
Height loss: 0.5-1 cm

Flat Feet
: Obvious.
Height loss: 0.3-0.7 cm

do pullups, train hamstrings equally, some kind of stretching routine and gym. Theres nothing else much to it
