FIX YOUR POSTURE, more specifically APT (Anterior Pelvic Tilt)
You're missing out on an additional 0,5 - 3,5 cm in height (just from APT btw).
Thoracic Kyphosis: Rounded upper back, compressed ribcage.

Scapular Winging & Protraction: Shoulder blades flare out, upper back rounds.
