does dark chocolate actually help debloating? i’m talking about the 90% cocoa one.

One medium banana (105 calories) has 400mg of potassium. To replicate same amount of potassium with dark chocolate, you would need to consume 402 calories of it.
Banana is a better option

It could have some mechanisms for debloating, I'm not too sure.
Anyways, 16:1 ratio of potassium-to-sodium mogs, and 3L+ of water daily.

no just take pills, dark choc is still nice to eat, has good fats etc
