Dark circles caused by allergies

My doctor said that my allergies are caused by allergies and through the end of the puberty I will probably outgrow certain allergies and my dark cricles will be fine in a few years. I guess it explains a lot, I tried everything but I never could get rid of them. The only option seems like waiting for them to go away on their own in a few years. Any advice for living with dark circles?
