Both of yours nutrition is probably shit, you also need to leave tret on overnight and moisturise before sleep and take it off in the morning, i use a lower intensity retinol along side salicylic acid and in 6 weeks my skin went from pretty bad to noticeabley better

How long have you been using this? If you havent been using a higher dosage or 6+ months jfl
