Both of yours nutrition is probably shit, you also need to leave tret on overnight and moisturise before sleep and take it off in the morning, i use a lower intensity retinol along side salicylic acid and in 6 weeks my skin went from pretty bad to noticeabley better

The main advantage of tret is anti aging, if you see no difference after a year then that means its actually working and slowing down your skin from aging

And you wonder why u get acne, I stopped consuming dairy and greasy foods for 6 weeks and started eating more vegetables and drinking more water along with proper skin care routine and I had decent results

bruh, you need to check if the tret is legit or not. Tret effects take months to show actual results. First there will be purging and then the actual results will show up, it's not a 3 days thing. I am using the a ret gel from skinorac and it took more than 6 months to get solid results.

I've used it since early 2021, everyday and still don't see shit. I took accutane for a few months and all of a sudden my skin is amazing. Tret might reduce some signs of aging if used for decades, but if you have terrible skin with acne etc it's cope
