1500 cal deficit,
just finished cardio, i feel like i'm being tortured
decided to stop looking at the mirror until the end, because bloat can distort one's progress and make it look invisible.

Why do a 1500 deficit? If youre young you can eat like 2.2k k cals and workout with some cardio and lose weight quickly and not be hungry all the time. Plus you cant expect results in just four days..more like 2 weeks

no cuz i've been going slow for 2 months and already lost 17 pounds, now for the last days i'll speedrun it to 10%. i can't wait anymore
