i started at 140lb and now im at 135lb , my face still hasn't slimed down yet i've complete cut out sugar consume around 1.5 gallons of water a day and do stairmaster for 20 minutes im doing the 4:1 Potassium to sodium ratio and way to slim my face down quicker ?

You're doing everything right, apparently. Lower cortisol, don't drink all the water at once, sleep well, maybe do lymphatic drainage. Gains incoming

depends on ur bf% but if ur >12% bf, id recommend to just cut. if ur alr at that threshold then maybe see if ur bloat is being caused by other reasons not related to water retention. otherwise just keep doing what ur doing (maybe lower the water intake to like 1 gallon)

vasodilation is one of them, and if ur at 16-17% bf then focus on just cutting down. also if ur younger (<15), ur facial fat distribution could be a little shit so u might have to wait a little longer til u achieve ur ideal look

i can almost certainly say that its cuz of the fat, im 15% bf now cuz im on a bulk but when i was ~13% bf i looked so much diff (all my friends say i descended and shit but whatever). im 17 too which is why i can speak with a bit more confidence when it comes to ur situation. cutting from 16-17% to 10-12% will make a much bigger difference than u think

just use hctz give a 3 day gap use 25 mg for u dosage depends on weight and height.
