eating foods higher in protein can keep you satiated longer, and avoiding foods higher in fat can stop you from over eating (fat is higher in cals compared to carbs and protein, fat = 9 cals per gram, carbs/protein = 4 cals per gram, adds up very fast)

I recommend not blasting dates, not eating for suhoor (its not that bad i do that) and only eating 1 meal (iftaar) not limiting yourself in that meal but only eating low cal stuff avoid anything too oily or too sweet i personnally fill myself up with yogurt and whey protein before eating anything else so i dont eat too much and lost 2 kg in those 6 dayswhat the heck, i am fasting but I get more fat, what should i do to become lean?

Try to find balance and maintain but if you look bad lean ur prob boneless so yeah just eat in a very slight surplus eat well and stuff make sure u hit macros and micros no need to count but just think about eating fats proteins carbs every meal fruits and maybe take some supplements for things you dont eat often like omega 3s if u dont eat a lot of fishwow lucky you, i will avoid sahuur thanks. btw sometimes i look better w fat, in the past i starvemaxxed and i just looked dull and pale

Tbh i just do extreme caloric deficits for like 4 days and then allow myself to eat a decent sized meal and then repeat that cycle
