Js be super careful abt what you eat. Try not to load up on sodium too much at once causes hella bloating, and have like 3 bananas sometime before bed or if you wake up before sunrise.

wym cant lol just buy a food scale?
im also fasting for ramadan i promise you under eating one day wont kill you 😭 you can try and estimate what you eat without exactly weighing out your food (ex : 1 cooked chicken thigh) (obv don’t forget to track oils) download an app like MyFitnessPal to help you
eating foods higher in protein can keep you satiated longer, and avoiding foods higher in fat can stop you from over eating (fat is higher in cals compared to carbs and protein, fat = 9 cals per gram, carbs/protein = 4 cals per gram, adds up very fast)

what the heck, i am fasting but I get more fat, what should i do to become lean?
I recommend not blasting dates, not eating for suhoor (its not that bad i do that) and only eating 1 meal (iftaar) not limiting yourself in that meal but only eating low cal stuff avoid anything too oily or too sweet i personnally fill myself up with yogurt and whey protein before eating anything else so i dont eat too much and lost 2 kg in those 6 days

Try to find balance and maintain but if you look bad lean ur prob boneless so yeah just eat in a very slight surplus eat well and stuff make sure u hit macros and micros no need to count but just think about eating fats proteins carbs every meal fruits and maybe take some supplements for things you dont eat often like omega 3s if u dont eat a lot of fish

Tbh i just do extreme caloric deficits for like 4 days and then allow myself to eat a decent sized meal and then repeat that cycle

Starving yourself makes your body think food isnt easily available so whenever you do eat it makes your body store it for later and leads to fat retention

open and close your with fast with high protein high volume. count your calories, the irregularities cause increase in scale weight

Try to limit what you eat, try to eat a small but heavy meal for example omelette with cheese, also try to limit your sugar intake (if you cant try diet cola)
