ive been working hard to achieve the way i look now but im still grinding for more. second pic was yesterday and the first pic was in february 24. im going to list what i did down below;
i highly increased my water intake (from 1L a day to 2.5-3L).
3 hours biking almost every day.
i strictly cut off my sodium intake (fast food, noodles/instant ramen, processed foods(canned meat) try to keep it <2000mg/day.
increased potassium( bananas, boiled potatoes and oranges).
eat more whole foods.( rice, eggs, oat with milk, chicken breasts). i hope my guide helps you all ascend because i believe that everyone has potential. if i missed anything make sure to add them in replies.
