How do i debloat and gain bonemass should I continue running consistently or do other things with it to help like testmaxxing n being a gymcell?

u need to be in calorie deficit more than anything. Yes running helps but if u can fight urges go for it. That chisled physique comes from being an athlete and running and walking hella.

Caloric defecit to leanmax, potassium spam (incorporate Coconut water + 1 banana a day in your diet). Simple as that.
