good sleep
u might not be bloated btw, fat is distrupted differently for each person to different places, so u may have more fat on ur face, i believe fat dissolvers are the solution to that.

Dandelion root tea, mild diuretic but good debloater. Kinda tastes bland so add raw honey or something to make it taste better.
