Debloating face advice

So, I’m getting back into the gym and am doing cardio walking for about 10-20 minutes after each lift, is this enough to debloat my face alone?

Didn’t mean to post the vid twice
Have more potassium then sodium, drink a fuck ton of water and lower bf. I would also say do 30 mins of light cardio after and if you can saunas work good too, only do 15 mins though
